Hey guys. I haven't played fantasy life for a long time so i wanted to play. So i started playing... and there was no dracula no obsidian statue no shaft, i wanted to ask where have they gone? there are only 3 events left that i played and no more

Yes. They are gone.
Where? Well, nowhere actually. They just got deleted.
BTW, there are more than 3 events.

well, we complete the bandit, troll and demon and no event elsewhere happens :/ and we get the hero storing error often.

The bandit event is a event that has nothing to do with the tiers. There has to be an event before the troll one. Also, if you play some events differently, different events start.

Tier 1: Priest Cultist
Tier 2: Troll - if demon spawns leads to banshee, otherwise leads to casper
Tier 3: Casper - if casper dies, leads into mewtwo Banshee - if banshee dies leads into mewtwo, if she disappears, leads to general
